Navigating Eclipse Energies πβ¨ 3 things you need to know before the Libra Solar Eclipse on Sat!

the Libra Solar Eclipse is coming closer (it's taking place on Saturday 20:55 pm CEST) so I thought I'm going to send you some quick resources to navigate the days ahead successfully.
π We're now in the dark moon phase. This is the time just before the new moon and it's carrying a quality of introversion and release. This can feel like having less energy, being super tired or more introverted than usual. Acknowledge your needs. To make the most out of this intense and crazy time, give yourself some extra time to rest, cleanse and release. This is the time to let go of everything you don't need anymore on the other side of the eclipses - and with that to create space for what the universe wants to bring into your life π« You can do this for example through drinking herbal teas, fasting, movement, sweating, journaling or cleansing yourself and your home with sage.
βοΈ Libra - the sign of relationship, marriage, art and beauty - looks gorgeous on the outside, but it's actually not that easy to navigate. Libra very much experiences herself through the other, through the feedback and reactions that come from interactions. This is a great place to learn, but also brings challenges like making too many compromises, projecting onto others, indecisiveness or loosing yourself in others. π₯ A word of caution: Eclipses are like new- or full moons on caffeine! The energy is intense, high strung and chaotic. Eclipses align us with our destined path in life and therefore it's best to not engage in manifestation practices and rituals but to surrender to the cosmic plan. It's a good time to release what you no longer need, but not necessarily to set intentions and manifest like you would with a regular new moon. Although I very much believe that we are ALWAYS MANIFESTING anyways with everything we do, think or say βΊοΈ As this Eclipse is conjunct the South Node, we're doubling down on the release aspect!
