October Astrology π« Eclipse Season! It's going to be WILD!

a bit late due to my holidays and the slow return from it I'm landing in your inbox with the Astrology of October. But worry not, we're still right in time before the big cosmic roller coaster takes off ππ
October is going to be an intense and transformative month for us all, as we are facing famous infamous Eclipse Season!
If you are new to Astrology, here's what this means: We're experiencing solar and lunar eclipses twice a year each. Eclipses occur, when a New- or Full Moon takes place in close proximity with the transiting lunar nodes. The lunar nodes indicate our collective karmic learning path and therefore the eclipses are moments in time, where we are all aligned with what is best for us. Eclipses come with endings and new beginnings - so don't resist the process, trust and lean into where you are guided towards.
Currently, the collective South Node is in Libra and the collective North Node opposite of it in Aries. This means we are all asked to move forwards and go after what we really want! At the same time we are releasing unhelpful relationship patterns, people who do not serve us anymore, and we're learning to say the golden two syllables word NO. I think this is an awesome time to be in! So if you are not living the reality you desire yet, this is your call to get the f*ck up and MOVE towards it!
Now let's look what the October Eclipses mean for you:
π Solar Eclipse Oct 14
New Moon Solar Eclipse taking place on 21 degrees 7 minutes Libra at 7:55 pm CEST / 10:55 PDT on Oct 14.
What to expect
Solar Eclipses bring fated new beginning in our lives. With the eclipse in Libra, new partnerships or a new chapter in an already established partnership may be beginning. As the eclipse is taking place right next to the south node, you may also leave certain people or relationship patterns behind.
Who is affected?
Generally everybody! But people born with personal planets and points between 16 and 26 degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn will feel it the most. (Don't know your chart? Consider booking a reading to learn about yourself, your purpose and current challenges/opportunities)
People born between April 6 and 16, July 9 and 19, October 10 and 20 as well as January 7 and 17 have their Sun (most important planet of the chart) in those ranges.
π Lunar Eclipse Oct 28
The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse takes place on 5 degrees 9 minutes Taurus at 10:24 pm CEST / 13:24 PDT on Oct 28. The Sun in Scorpio is opposed by the Moon in Taurus.
What to expect
The partial lunar eclipse is the last eclipse to take place on the axis of Taurus and Scorpio until 2031. The lunar nodes have been transiting through Scorpio and Taurus beginning of 2022 until Summer 2023. Lunar eclipses bring endings, culmination points and releases. Imagine it like a Full Moon on Coffeein! This eclipse wraps up a story around financial security that has been going on over the past 21 months. If you've been working towards for the past 1,5 years, this might be the point in time where you will be rewarded for your hard work. Get ready to harvest!
Who is affected?
Again, everybody! But people born with personal planets and points between 0 and 10 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius will feel it the most. The Sun is in these ranges between April 20 and 30, July 22 and Aug 2, Oct 23 and Nov 3 as well as January 20 and 30.
Eclipses are never just felt on the day they occur, the energy is with us for the full month! Therefore I'm going to share with you another powerful event taking place in between those two eclipses that might bring you important revelations or information about where you are heading:
Mercury Cazimi Oct 20
Mercury Cazimi is when the Sun and Mercury meet each other in a conjunction. This one is taking place between October 19 and 21 (perfect on Oct 20) and it may bring a flash of insight in the turbulent eclipse season.
Expect divine downloads, clarity and breakthroughs. Especially when Mercury and the Sun square Pluto on Oct 21, secrets may be revealed or you uncover unhealthy power dynamics that you can end right there with the eclipses.
How to use it best
- Spend some time alone in meditation or in nature to allow the divine downloads to come in
- Journal freely and write down everything that is coming through
